In 1998, Elder Jimmy Hicks stepped out on faith and formed the group, "Jimmy Hicks and the Voices of Integrity". Being inspired by God and with the the help of reverend Melvin Dawson, he completed his first CD "Turn It Around" in 2001. AMEN Records of Boston Massachusetts picked up the project, and within days, "Turn It Around", went national and stayed on the National Billboard for 1 year in 2002.
